Memory is too small
Battery does not last and takes a long time to charge
Complicated as I have to erase due to small memory storage.
Can´t ask for more as price is low. I use this in Argentina-

I use this phone since 01.11.2015. and I have no problems in using so far. A big minus: no update the software on 5.1.
I have this device and it's really nice wish to buy another type for the same company.
its not a powerful phone , but i have it about 2 years , i take care about internal memory and clean my phone each 2 month , it have no lags , no problem , only the glass on the camera lens have scratches and line too soon!
Try CM 11 or Cm 12 Frm miniblu on XDA ...... and dont buy this. if u already have try CM

The socket sim broke, it freezes many times, it turn off with no reason(many times a day) and stays turned off from 2 minutes to 1 day even. I regret i bought this...this...I can t even name that piece of junk a phone... @&&?!&"@!
my WiFi hotspot and Bluetooth ain't functioning anymore. what can i do to fix the problem.
Only good thing for the 610 is the cm roms by MiniBlu other than that its crap

Been using this phone for just a little over a year now, many problems experienced, all of which have caused so much grief and frustration
a) the sim card slot broke, the card doesnt stay in (i googled it many others have this problem) so whenever i make a call i now have to push it down with my thumb
b) the screen has a major malfunction when charging as in when you touch the screen it will think you are pressing a different area on the screen
c) takes over an hour to charge 10% sometimes
d) sometimes recognizes my plug socket as a computer and tries to initiate media transfer
e) sometimes the battery drops from above 20% straight to 0% with no warning
f) freezes at least once almost everyday
g) pretty much no internal memory space
my brother pre-ordered me this when it hadnt even come out yet for my birthday, the one time he buys a product new to the market for me and i honestly wish he hadnt, because if he was buying it now he could find so many negative reviews about this phone and make a better decision on which phone to buy
to be brutally honest dont buy this phone, if you already have and are experiencing problems with it, dont bother getting it fixed, there probably will be another issue after anyways, just get a new phone
Why, why, why won't AT&T admit they sold us a crap product and make it right? Would they really rather lose us to another servicer? I have been in to a product center 4 times with this phone and am on my third unit; still having issues.
