I have been using this phone for over a month. It is working smoothly. Both the cameras are suprb even for indoor shooting. The dual frontal speakers are awsome and games and apps run buttery smooth. The battery backup is very good.

> In reply to sun @ 2014-03-17 11:24 from uwLT - click to readProblem nowadays is people having the power of the internet have grown too dependent on others' opinion. Just buy what your heart tells you to go for. If you have bad experience with HTC then most likely you'll never buy their device again.

But if you still want my opinion, there isn't a better phone in the market for that price other than Moto G (cheaper), but I don't suggest the latter cuz of the limitation in storage (16/32 GB Internal, no external) and lower camera (5MP). If you have no issues with that you can go for Moto G.

I am using HTC One X Plus and now bought Desire 700 for my girlfriend. People who are comparing D700 with Sammy G2, understand two things ...
1) Samsung Phones crashes a lot cuz they don't optimize their phone and test it well enough to bring down the cost. HTC doesn't give up on quality, hence the higher price.
2) HTC has a premium feel to it that Samsund doesn't have in this price range. You'll get that experience with Sammy when you buy Galaxy Note (or N2/N3).

The phone works fine and I am glad that the price isn't lower cuz I don't want my phones to be a common man's device like Galaxy devices. HTC equals to Quality.

And also keeping the phone of htc in hand is such a awesome feeling we get, which rest of the company doesn't provide that,,,that's why i love htc.

> In reply to k.v @ 2014-03-15 04:31 from Y}{m - click to readand I had many dif brands...at the last I choose htc and in several years I have had no real and big problem with that.htc has better quality, better sound, better look, better UI and .....
it's better you ad for sumcheater in samplastic page not here.we can recognize samcheater pay 340.000$ for campaign against htc(especially one).back to your page baby. Samsung devices are full of lag, very weak in body and hardware(the reason why samplastic increase hardware and new of that before other brands)..... Samsung is a liar and copycat and thief in the world.viva htc, shame on Samsung.

hi friends i used alomost models of samsung. its true samsung each and every mobile looks same. but samsung is very user friendly. htc music sound is great but its hearing speaker quality is not so clear.sometimes its very loud sometimes its not audible. call drops many times mmi code cancelled shows like cheap chineese mobile phones. whenever i called from this mobile everyone said your voice is not coming clear. only call waiting option and camera is good. I use internet only 1-2 hours daily and 2 hours maximum for calling and its standard battery backup is 10-12 hours
