I have played, Modern Combat 1, 2, 3, 4,
Need for Speed: Most Wanted, GTA Vice city, Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front, Batman The Dark Knight, The Amazing Spider-man HD, N.O.V.A 2 & 3, without any lag and without root. Very smooth gameplay.

Wow!!!! I have been using this smartphone since it was launched. I have used latest smartphones too but my Desire HD is my first and last love. I have no plan selling it even if someone wants to replace it with HTC One for free...........

I used galaxy s2, I know its more powerful then Desire HD, but I like my Desire very much. Really a very standard mobile with excellent performance.

I've had this phone for 3 yrs and I still have no plan of replacing it. I just love this handset and has earned a sentimental value to me. It's my 1st smartphone. My 1st android device. It still performs well. I don't care about the updates. I'm happy with gingerbread. And I have no problem charging it every night not a big deal at all to me. I remerber those 1st few months when I 1st got this phone. A lot of my friends and colleagues at work were jealous of it. They were willing to give up their Iphones and switch to DHD. :)

Can't you download the latest update for your Desire HD on the HTC official site? By using HTC Sync?

My htc desire cannot detect my sd card. I had the card formatted and the phone formatted as well but no luck, any idea on how to fix this?thanks
