When rooted and flashed with a unlocked bootloader, this HTC incredible 2 is supported by Evervolv Android. My HTC inc 2 is running Android 4.3.1 now at T-mobile network.

I agree! love it and have kept it long after I've been eligible to upgrade. size is fantastic. all those new phones are dinosaur big and require two hands to use
