Go for HTC. You get the same power with the bonus of an awesome 3d feature. Moreover HTC SENSE UI is the best in the market. You will love it. Don't worry about the battery life. You can flash some custom roms instead and get a day with medium to heavy usage easily. The phone really feels solid in hand, with the soft to touch covering at the back. The design of this phone is much better than Atrix etc. The 3D design of the 3D camera looks awesome. It also has a dedicated aluminium camera key(just like the one in camera, a spherical key, half way press to focus and full to take pictures)!! Go for it, you won't regret. It is going to be upgraded to ICS 4.0 soon.
does it have gorrila glass display? which handset is better htc evo 3d or atrix 4g or atrix 2 for hd and 3d gaming?
This article was on the front page of GSMArena this morning but has now been moved. Everyone should read it, especially the comments.....

rusinstein, 18 Apr 2012i'm really having a hard time choosing between HTC Evo 3D and LG Optimus 3D..anyone here has e... moreI have had both the phones. The LG has a better display, better 3D graphics but is bulkier and more power thirsty than the EVO. plus the LG comes with Android 2.2 upgradable to 2.3 only. But the EVO will get the ICS.
Here's an awesome collection of 3D movie trailers in 1080p .mp4,
just download any of them using IDM and play on your HTC EVO 3D. They really look super cool on this phone.
Blessed, it's me again! Still need help on D matter of REAL 3D movies. How do I aquire them while livin in a 3rd-world country such as Trinidad & Tobago? PLEASE assist me ANYONE!!!!!

Good choice. Of the two phones you were interested in the Evo would have been my choice, but I tried to remain neutral and not influence your decision.

The is very little to choose between the phones you are interested in. To try ... moreyes, it did make me choose properly..:) as some other reviews were too biased that it got me an even harder time to decide..but now i've decided to go for evo 3D..as 95% of the time i'll be looking at my phone in 2D anyway, i just wanted a smartphone that has a good CPU and GPU with a 3D bonus feature..optimus 3D seemed to be really focused more on it's 3D feature unlike evo 3D which is a slightly more powerful phone with just an added feature -the 3D..
anyways, thanks for the feedback, really helped me decide..:D
kkd, 18 Apr 2012My friend go for the evo 3d. It has better specs than optimus 3d. Even though the lg has a 3d ... morethanks a lot for the feedbacks..:)
this was actually my first choice, then i saw Optimus 3D which got me thinking twice..but now my mind's made up..i'll be getting evo 3D..:D
I am yet another 3D evo happy owner.
I had many Android phones, SE most of them.
The last HTC i has was the touch diamond.
Yes i was warned that 3D is just a gimmick, yes i was warned that the huge battery is not enough and that the dual core CPU doesnt impress.
I was warned for its bulky size and weight.
But i just couldnt resist the price tag, this is a high end phone, able to deliver high end experience at a mid range price.
There is no pocket you can fill a GS2 or an ARC, that cant host the 3D evo.
The weight difference is justified by its materials, esp the glass vs plastic screen.
Anyways, i always carry 2 mobiles with me, one for calls (nothing beats the xperia mini, spec/price/performance/dimension wise) and a bigger for multimedia purposes, including GPS guide and browsing. (brilliant navigation for the record, it was my biggest concern, because you cant know till you try it out)
There is nothing that i can throw at the 3D that cant handle. Simply put in performs!
The big hi res screen was never an issue for me.
Generally this phone only has flaws when you actively looking to find them, they dont jump your way with everyday use.
As i use a car charger everytime i use my mobile as a GPS, i dont even have to bother charging again.
And the heavy weight Sense, saved the hassle to reinstall half of my fav apps, since there are already there. Even the games i own, like dead space a perfectly smooth and generally i have yet to see smth causing lag to the dual core CPU and 220 adreno.
This is the first android device that let me live without a task manager (HTC proprietary status bar helps a lot too)
If you considering this phone as an all around performer, dont hesitate!
It really does what it promises!
It goes way beyond its current price tag!
Thnkx dude. im really confused....!!!! i didnt experienced any samsung and htc before. i always been a se fan. but i wanna use a phone without se/s tag... and samsung galaxy s dont have flash in the camera... i also checked desire hd/s....
