Worst phone I have ever had. Service is spotty and even having a signal booster in my house, which I have never needed with any phone on the Sprint network before, my chances of being able to carry on a conversation is pretty slim. Would not recommend it to anyone and cannot wait for my contract to be up so I can switch phones. Sprint has not been sympathetic at all.

My phone died less than a month after I purchased it. Service is with Sprint. They would not replace it unless I paid $50.00. Really hate their customer service policy. Personnel are polite, but policy is horrid. Also had trouble with their billing. It was not what it was supposed to be. They also messed up my phone numbers.

> In reply to Anonms400 @ 2013-01-26 23:33 from KABB - click to readNo it's not. Except your carrier support both networks; but I guess it's impossible considering phone numbers policy.

This phone is excellent, never crashed as I used it for more than 2 months.

For those who have GSM SIM, can it be migrated to CDMA?

Amazing phone on wifi, however, 3g data limitations really take away from the user expierience.
If Sprint actually had 4g lte service, then this phone would be worth the "everything data plan."
As it is, I'd rather pay a little more and actually get 4g service from another carrier.

> In reply to destiny @ 2013-01-05 05:47 from Ipd% - click to readI'm sure you'll like it. The only thing I really had against this phone is the fact that you can't swap the battery(which I didn't know until I bought it, stupid me) However, the battery life I've found to be very good actually. Also since the last software update they added a "native" powersave mode that has been rocking the battery life all day!
