SamaN, 07 Jan 2010No multitouch ???phone is capable of multitouch but disabled in U.S. version else APPLE will sue htc.
Sounds like a slightly updated version of the Hero. Can't understand all the attention it's getting. Other than google selling this directly, what's the hype all about? It's just another addition to the wonderful HTC/Android family
Sounds like a good enough phone, i'm not knocking it at all, but it's not a big enough leap for me to trade it in for my Hero... especially with the 2.1 update coming "soon"
shame about the lack of multi-touch on this device, but that's no biggie for a lot of people
is this phne a iphne killer or is it just another poor attempt, and which networks will be supplying them in the u.k
The only thing that stops me from buying this phone is that I dont know how good the Audio quality is when compared to the iPhone. When we compare it with iphone we always forget that iPhone is also a great music player.
Sorry not trying to be rude or anything, but android is running on a Linux kernel.gotta give credit where credit is due.
P.s. nothing is safe from viruses
Are any awesome games going to be released on this phone? Which games can this phone already play? Can it play all the games on the android store(or whatever they call it). Also I want to ask if the games on this phone are going to be as awesome as the one on the iPhone, please someone knowledgeable answer

http://consumeraffairs.com/news04/2010/01/nexus_on... moresorry to disagree but, as i understand it, the Nexus One is a world phone, meaning that Europe, Australia, South America :D and the rest of the world (minus Japan) can use it flawlessly... BUT it will NOT work on a CDMA network (Verizon), and the US doesn't have the same frequency standards that the rest of the world does (3g), that only leaves T-mobile there, which is GSM and uses the European frequencies.
The only problem that i see with this phone is that, for now, it is sold only in the US.
