ya finaly i gt tiz mble last year bck only... til ryt nw its toooooooooo good.. but ma qustion is once tis power butoon not wrking means hw 2 service tis part in tiz mble.... whr shld i go 2 meet the care service..

I'm from Nigeria.If I didn't enable the mobile network, my airtime goes down without my knowledge. I later realized that some application were running and any attempt to false-stop them may harm the phone. Meanwhile the charges is too much unbearable when I browse. pls reply me vsvs48@yahoo.com. I bought this phone to use with Solavei's new service (more info at http://www.phones49.com ) It works great for my needs. Touch screen is responsive (much better than my Blackberry Torch), I don't use the trackball very much, but it helps when positioning the cursor while typing. I am able to watch movies from Netflix and use Facebook, gmail, kindle software, etc. with no problem. It does have very limited on board memory at 196MB, but it appears in the Apps Manager you can move some of them to your SD card. I still need to get one and test this, but over all I am VERY pleased with the phone especially for the price I paid online for it ($109).

Good Phone.

Advantages
----------
1) Look'ed' nice. in (2011)
2) High Speed Processor in 2011
3) RAM/ROM

Disadvantages
-------------
1) Issues with touch screen
2) Power Button replaced twice
3) Track Ball jammed once
4) In one year 4-5 defects for the same phone..:-/

I had some good time with the phone, but it wont last long..

i have a question, does anybody know how to fix WIFI ERROR?? the truth is i flash cyanogen mod in nexus one and i don't know how to fix it, maybe the custom rom is not for my nexus one, or maybe i flash a wrong one please help me..

NASA is aiming to launch a line of small satellites called “PhoneSats” that are cheaper to make and easier to build than those it has produced in the past. To achieve this, engineers are using unmodified Android smartphones — in one prototype, HTC’s Nexus One, and in another, Samsung’s Nexus S — to perform many of a satellite’s key functions.

As NASA explains on its website, these off-the-shelf smartphones “offer a wealth of capabilities needed for satellite systems, including fast processors, versatile operating systems, multiple miniature sensors, high-resolution cameras, GPS receivers and several radios.”

“This approach allows engineers to see what capabilities commercial technologies can provide, rather than trying to custom-design technology solutions to meet set requirements,” NASA adds.

The total cost for building one of these prototype satellites costs a mere $3,500. Three are expected to launch aboard the first flight of Orbital Sciences Corporation’s Antares rocket from a NASA flight facility at Wallops Island, Va., later this year.
