G, 19 Mar 2010hi guys...id like to know if a 3d party application called MXIT will work on the HD2?The site says mixit works on windows mobile. And this phone has windows mobile. So why do you still have to ask if it will work or not?
Anthony, 19 Mar 2010You will also need hspl Here is the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=... moreAwesome, thanks anthony, ill be back on a little later or possibly tomorrow when ive got it all, thanks!
Found a major bug in “my locations” program.
Allot of country including where I am don’t have daylight savings. But my locations picked a -4 time zone that has daylight savings and the correct -4 time zone that my country uses has no daylight savings. You cant pick you time zone manually if you are you using my location.
And that is messing up my clock calendar and more.
Had to go to..
Settings
Data services
Internet Time sync
And uncheck it, to stop the time from jumping forward by 1 hour.
If any of you out there are having the same problem for the time zone you are in. please write HTC about it so It will be put to the top of there to fix (hotfix list)
JLC, 19 Mar 2010No prob, will probably be some time tonight after work, thanks! You will also need hspl

Rakesh, 16 Mar 2010Hi Anthony, will installing skyfire void the warranty. Same for Nimbuzz? Thanks for your help.Installing software on your HD2 dose not void anything
Updating your ROM using your s/n does not void anything.
Editing your registry does not void anything.
hacking your SPL will void (but it can be undone.)
Doing physical damage/ opening the phone will void (can’t be undone.)

It is the closest thing you will get to a desktop browser on a phone.

T-mobile HD2 are running there version of the HD2 ROM on the phone and it is old and limited (NOT THE US VERSION). If you want the new ROM and youtube, you have to change to the 1.66 ROM from HTC.
To do that you will have to hack your SPL with HSPL, then change the ROM.
if you want to do it let me know
