You should check your facts, I'll come back to that. This phone is nearly 6 years old, did you not notice. :D It can be updated, just not with HTC's horrific bloatware to around 4.0.4, unless you have that crappy USA version.

Oh my god you guys throw the phone in the garbage. Walmart has 29 dollar 4 inch screen smart phones with new android 4.4 kitkat. You guys are on 1.5cupcake and I don't even consider that a valid o/s anymore
