People:
This device is design for 4G (WiMax made from Samsung) network which is Next Generation of 3G (made from Qualcome) therefore it does not have 3G (because its becoming old now)
why 4G ? because its over 40 X faster than 3.5G(HSDPA)
and its currently only for Russia as there are only Russain market has 4G network.
4G -WiMax speed 100 Mbps
3.5G -HSDPA speed upto 7.2 Mbps
3G speed 469.1 kbps

The near border less, 3.8" screen is all you look at.

is it so hard to understand? 3G= third generation, 4G=forth generation you can read it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/4G and about the flash light i hope HTC hear what you're saying they're the most innovative company but they can still improve so much
