Anyone with this phone and is fed up of looking for an update lets demand for one from HTC, we paid allot of money for our phones its onlu=y fair that we get windows mobile 6.1 or 6.5

I've got a tytn 2. . One day it jus froze n turned off . . I switched it back on. . Out of of the blue it tells me that the phone has 2 soft restart. Now i didn't wanna lose my downloaded data on it. So i turned it of . Instead of answering 'yes.no'. When i turned it on again. . It jus freezes on the start up screen 'smart mobility'. . N there's nothing i possibly know 2do about it

1. make sure the handphone is fully charged
2. off the handpbone
3. press the both the "-" button on the top left and right.
4. On the handphone while still pressing the "-" buttons.
5. A prompt will come out asking whether you would like to reset your phone

The Htc MteoR when loading at startup,usually hang when it displays Blue Screen Windows Mobile.Beyond this,it doesnt boot finally.i cant understand the way around it.Whenever there is a call,the blue screen glows alerting a call is to come in but doesnt ring out while the caller hears the ringing from his own end.There is no Local support here for it in WestAfrica.i will appreciate any advise on how to fix this problem ASAP.my email addy is:moraseed@yahoo.com

My phone HTC MTeor has developed a problem, when you switch it on it will be on and start loading but never finnishes and gets stuck,will not continue loading,all the keys not functioning when you press them in short everythings stay iddle,switchin off by removing battery.What is the solution?

Im using HTC MTeoR i find it very hard to send my pictures or music via bluetooth..it doesnt give me a bluetooth option when trying to send..please assist
