For your information, it's what we really prefer (some chose iOS, RIM, WP, Android etc.)that matters not the benchmarks. That is why no single manufacturer can capture the 100% market even if they make the fastest/perfect smartphone. It's just that HTC gives us a new perspective that's why you fanboys can't sleep in bashing and trolling cause you can't accept that.

This is new term used by hTC and it is comparable with the 13mp camera from any phone like Galaxy S4. :)

It takes some really nice outdoor pics and decent indoor pics , but it still suffer from some noise at low light indoor shots . If you just view them on phone or computer monitor then it's not too much of a problem , but if you to want print them out then I wouldn't depend on it much ( maybe for outdoor shots ) . I wouldn't print any photos taken by a phone . but for social life sharing , it's more then enough . It depend on your needs , if strictly just for the camera then I'll advise you don't aspect 100% quality shots everytime , but as a all rounder phone it's the closest thing you'll find . I enjoy every bit of HTC one , because I want a phone that meet the standard in every feature and not just a perfect camera , because I trust my DSLR more . Hope this help ....

Are people only fooled by the looks of a phone? Do they need some recognition or attention by carrying nice phones? HTC One is a masterpiece while Samsung Galaxy S 4 is a piece of junk because it looks worse and uses plastic? Such a shallow world we live in.

Not saying the HTC One is a bad phone but the S4 is not chop liver either. Only fanboys talk like that. Benchmark scores, battery life, and even camera states S4 is better. Plus Samsung is one of the RARE few manufacturers to add a memory slot and removable battery while HTC followed Apple did. Your phones will eventually die out and they wait for you to get a new one in a few years. I want phones that can last 5-10 years!

Wait when the HTC One never charges again. DEAD. Repairability very low from iFixit. Wait when the metal dents after a few drops. All I'm saying is the S4 isn't garbage. It has longer term value while most people will get tired of "looks" in a few months. Sometimes the INSIDE is where it counts.

Do it yourself,as if someones going to do all that for you,gsmarena already has compare option and web is full of reviews..Its your fone buy a fone that suites your needs.

The best phone i've ever used one should experiance its camera its 4 mp but better then other's which are 13mp & so on in the market...gud battrey back & best screen resolution.

Hey,
I need an assist please,I'm in need of a new phone and I recently checked out the Samsung galaxy S4,Sony Xperia Z and the HTC one.I've never used any phone of the above makers,I've been a Nokia and Blackberry user.I really liked the features of the HTC one but the Samsung galaxy S4 has a lot of more features and all that in it as well the Sony Xperia Z.Can anyone please assist me in which phone to buy by explaining me the advantages and disadvantages of each and other key details as well.

This and Nokia Lumia 920 are the best. Xperia Z and iPhone 5 are nice. Samsung Galaxy S4 is an overrated piece of garbage!
