We'll whomever is having problems with their hTc ONE SV, you may need to factory reset your phone just in case you have a virus. If that doesn't work, try flashing a stock version of the rom. *You do not need to Root your phone* So therefore it will pretty easy to do. But sorry, this will not work for storage issues. But I may recommend rooting your phone to get External 2 Internal SD. It may or may not work on your device but you can also unroot your phone.

Had this phone for two years, many times i was confronted with not having enough storage space. It claims to have 8GB, but realistically (and bizarrely) it has a little over 2GB for apps. And also no ability to install apps onto the MicroSD. Glad my contract is done with it.

> In reply to Yannis @ 2014-10-01 16:29 from nmEq - click to readI am having this same problem. In order to power on my phone I have to remove the battery once on the screen is freezes and I have to continue this process until it decides to come on completely. Once the home screen appears I receive an error message (continuously). Now I can't dial out or receive calls. I am horrified :-(.

I had this cell-phone for 8 months and worked absolutely perfect, but one day, with no warning before, it just stopped working. The service told me there was dampness in the cell, although I really took care of it. Too bad to lose that grat device.

I like how the picture in the description has a crack in exactly the same place as mine.
