Have owned the phone appoximately 3 weeks. Mine doesn't shut down like previous poster mentioned. Apps download, install and run without incident. Battery last all day with low to average use of apps and talk time. 4G LTE lightning fast in our area (inside house) with 20M download, 8M up. (HTC EVO wouldn't see 4G in the same area (inside, but would outside), therefore receiving strength compared to others appears stronger. Screen quality appears great, but haven't compared to others side by side. (but I was use to old BB 8310 so anything would look much better to me). Overall and so far, a very functional phone that's fun to use.

This is an excellent, powerful and affordable phone from Htc, just like in the good old days. Excellent screen, very good front camera, reasonably good and quick back camera, 4g capability, quad band, etc, etc. Best of it all, it can be made to last and evolve a bit thanks to the microSd slot and the removable battery! Thanks a lot to Htc for that

Hello I recently purchased new one SV phone
i find often it restarts automaticaly :( for no reason
I switched off synch and updates still i find it restarts automaticaly for more than 5 times a day
can any one help me in updating it?

I think its very gud smrtphone but it isn't launched in India!so i can't be sure with this ph!though the reviews r preety gud!

Selling my galaxy nexus to get this. Only care about data speeds as I only use my phone for tethering and my eye sights pretty bad I have trouble seeing on my galaxy nexus hopefully the lower resolution will help my eyes. Same story on my 1920x1080 monitor I have to turn the resolution lower to not strain my back trying to see. Good luck
