One of the worst mobile i ever had... my experience with HTC is terrible.. Would never prefer to go for any HTC mobile any more... what the use of buying one ph at so much of cost and go to service center 3-4 times in a year only.. and service center service also terrible, every time they give the excuse they don't have parts with them, they have ordered in Taiwan so it will take time.. friends, dont go for HTC in bngalore..

when I upgrade this phone the equalizer has disappeared .no classic no pop ,only beats ..some one help me how can I get this back??

I've been using the phone for a year and the least a phone should be able to do is MAKE CALLS and this one does not make calls! It hangs constantly. The screen just hangs every time I click a contact. It simply refuses to make a call when I want it to. Can anyone help me to get this phone to do that. I have deleted possibly all my applications and constantly free space and it still does not work!

have been using this phone since 5 month...Initially worked superb. But later, it started to respond slow....and then too sloww
And yesterday, The three touch keys on the screen (Back, home and recently used app) are not working. I cant do anything with it in this situation than just to receive calls.
Not a good phone

it is the worst phone to buy i have used this phone for an year now and have faced multiple issues. poor response on the device, lag in calling, very slow reboot, are there to name a few. besides that handling of the device is also very poor on grip and holding. the device slips easily from ones hands very bad exteriors. n now my device has crashed down exactly after an year after 20 days of the warranty expiry. the customer service is least helpful and there are no considerations unlike samsung which is more customer centric. very poor is my rating.it is better to buy less branded phone atleast the money doesnt pinch there.

1)mother board has crashed in few days of use, then they replaced that.
2) camera quality is very bad compare to Samsung.
3) I have experienced the slowness of mobile, sometime opening a sms takes couple of min.
4)last experience from last few days, when i try to on my mobile, i found display is not coming, if i try after couple of min, it starts working fine. It continues for few days, no few days back i found screen completely gone.
Don't go for this, if you want to go for HTC then go for very high end one, or Samsung is better, if you like windows(which i found better than android, except free apps) then go for Nokia.

I don't recommend this phone because of bad performance, even calling is sometimes very annoying due to lags.

Superb camera and video recording, temple run runs smoothly,looks stylish,very light weighted you can hardly feel it in your pocket and the battery life is pretty decent,great buy.

Best phone ever used.
It have good cnfgrtn..good performance..completed 1 year without any problem.
The problm is it have not frnt camera..and we cant remove battery..its inbuilt.

i used this mobile but foud problem of over hitting due to its slim size,now after using for 6-7 months my phone one day over hitted and switched off.

I have to replace new battery,also experenced s/w hangging problem so many times.

using 3g network for internet phones temparator got increased quickly.

Found one thing good thing is abt camera:very good
batter backup:not so good
memory:playing temple run it hangs,slows down..

with this bad experence i have switched to samsung note2.

Bought this phone yesterday, everything looks good so far,after using samsung for years i switched to HTC for the first time,it's got a very good camera compared to other 5MP also the video recording is pretty good,watched youtube and that was also a good experience,keeping my fingers crossed.
