Hi guys how to improve its battery life.. on normal usage after fullcharge i get oly 10 hours of charge.. if i play games orbrowse web, it wont even stand for 5 hours.. pls help

Can anyone who is using htc one v confirm if there is a digital compass sensor built in ?


the specs in their website doesnt mention it.

Help Help.. im having problem with the bluetooth headset.. the bluttoth headset was successfully connected with my HTC One V, can listen to the music using it.. but when i make call, i cant hear the caller voice and so do the caller cant hear me.. then, when i off my Bluetooth headset and use the fon to call, then wen i speak, the caller hear a very noisy sound when i talk.. so, i do the factory reset things, and its wont resolve my problem too.. anyone could help?

Very weak for a 2012 phone

not worth to buy with this price.buy a 2011 xperia instead

Also because the battery is very close to the back, so you feel the heat early, but I don't think this is a problem any way, I am using it untill now nothing is wrong, I do believe that HTC builds high quality phones, even if they make bad style phones or lacks for some needed features but the device hardware quality is perfect.

About the problem I have with Bluetooth, that I can't send files to Nokia 5800, I have tried this application and it works like charm..

Also i have read that HTC released a firmware that solved the problem, so it is not a hardware problem. Viva HTC :)

Don't be afraid of the internal memory, for normal use it is more than enough. I guarantee :)

Don't be aware of the compass, it will not affect the phone usage at any way.

Thank you. But what is the problem with the sensor? Will it spoil my GPS experience in any way?

I accept that manufacturers really just target consumers who want to spend less with smaller phones. Manufacturers do this because they lack imagination and really can't be bothered with true progress so they just keep building larger and larger high end devices.

This is probably the 2nd best spec'ed 3.7" phone on the market though. So that's a good price.

Note that a company that sells these phones generally won't trash the models they sell in reviews.

it comes without any file manager....
Hence its impossible to access the sd memory and internal memory....
So plz suggest me any apps for file manager...
And the phone is just great... the display is awesome

It's not possible to get features of One S or One X or for that matter any such compatible phones for such a low price!!! Be practical those who expect dual & quad core experience. If you wish so pay more & go!!!

3.One V has beatsAudio.
4.It supports divx xvid avi out of the box.

5-One V looks a hell better than Neo V (That's why I never bought Neo V)

just checked with htc official one v page. this phone is missing the digital compass.
What is the real use of a digital compass? will its absence affect any features? is it a dealbreaker?
