own this phone....its pretty old now....its very difficult to type something without the help of stylus.....also it dosent update lol...when do system update then it just dosent show it lol

I have been using this phone for last two years but I certainly feel that this phone is highly over rated. For 18K, I should have gotten much better phone.
The camera is bad. The interface is too slow (Windows!) and this phone sometimes just does weird stuff like not reporting missed calls when you are on another or just not ring at all at times. Service in Bangalore was good though.

He will charge you about Rs.300/- to reload the software, which is the way he makes his packet for his ignorance or to fleece you. Take it the way you want with a pinch of salt.

Its a wonderful phone. Should not have been discontinued.Small anomalies should have been rectified. Should not discontinue with writing recognizing software.People only needed to be educated about this phone. I would be satisfied with a 3G version which is thinner, has a better battery capacity and should not heat up as fast as it does.
Overall a satisfying instrument

Hi friends im frome puna,im using this phone almost 2 years,honestly very nice phone with nice functions, battry back up r good but aftr 1 year only its down i have 2 replace it.
but realy d HTC service in india r to bad.

its a pity why the customer care of HTC av proven to be very poor in response
1. my first comments on this page was not pasted
2. all av pasted and all Qs asked, no response on each
3. out of all av pasted, only one showed after 5monts.
3. i lik ethis fone very well, but its like the management of the fone is making me to hate the fone, despite all odds, i may dump d fone and go for anoda brand if dis is how HTC treats dr fans.
its of no use tryn to find a solution to d prob of ur HTC fone and u cant get help from HTC oficials dat sh b d main source of help,
am not even sure if dis comments will be pasted,

I have this phone. But, when I want to send a message to many, I have to visit the address book for every receiver. How do I get a check box so that I can just tick the ones I want to send the message to ?

I have purchased a HTC P3300 mobile phone about
2 years back from Bangalore South India. It worked with no problems for a short period of time,then one day it was found that I could not do without the battery charger and it become impossible to use outside the house.The matter was refered to a HTC show room cum repair center in Ulsoor Bangalore.I was informes that the (Mother Board) was bad and had to be replaced and it would cost about a third of the cost of the phone wich would be about RS18000/ (Eighteen thousand only). I moved to N. Delhi a few days later and refered the matter to a service center in Okla Industral Estate.I was informed that the problem was the same and that the mother board would have to be changed and the cost would be about Rs 18000/.They even tried to return another mobile phone in place of mine. On my return to Bangalore my son got the battery changed after which the phone has been working farely well.
This only shows the -poor quality of servicing in the HTC servicing centers and how they take the costumers for a ride if their knowledge is limited. For a battery of Rs1300/I would have lost Rs18000/.
A VERY POOR SHOW BY HTC
