I hav heard a lot abt d prob of nt connecting it 2 d laptob proper drivrs r avail on intern et lots of sites....Nakul
u mite b seting wallpaper frm setings-today-browse...dnt do tht way...go to the folder frm file explorer and jst click on the file u wan set for wallpaper and a option will appear as transperency level keep it 0(zero).

Ok ppl....for all those ppl planing 2 go fr dis...seriously dnt think jst hit it...its gr888....i m using dis cellfone frm last 5 months...its great i hav used...nokia 2600,6610, ngage,qd,6630,6233,n73,6681, but dis cellfone really rocks....if u think weder 2 trust htc...den dnt worry its better than nokia....touchscreen is really great....i thought it woulb b didicult for me to use...but the option are so handy its faster even then the normal keypad cellfones...it has many other fetures not listed like....t9 calling...yes der r sum negetive points like it does not hav a wifi, .exe file dsnt get installed widout help of sync...many cds dnt com wid proper instalation file to pair between mobile and computer....i m usin 4gb memcard...it does nt hang...goes smooth....if u hav used all those nokia series60,40 or nseries...seriously dnt think and go fr dis 1...i bought it in 13500...it is now abt 12400...overall dis cellfone gets 9 out of 10points.......and if u dnt want wifi..if u dnt even knw wht is wifi den 10 out of 10...go for it guys!!!

I think this is the worst phone possible at the entry level as I had lot of teething problem initially, Within 4 month from the date of purchase its blutooth has crashed(seems to be some mother board problem). What is even horrible is that Feb 29th the mobile is given to service centre for repair and till date the set has not been returned to me, goes to show there service is pathetic. they are extremely non challant about the whole episode and never bothers to call back even after repeated phone calls. Do not make a mistake of buying HTC phoen for god sake

hi,
i've had the htc p3400 for some time now..it's a great phone. the only problem for me is that i can't sync it with my laptop unless i use the usb cable. i was wondering if there's any way to sync it over a gprs connection. the main problem i face is that i cannot access my outlook emails due to this. is there a workaround to this?

i, i bought an HTC p3400 phone but i cant seem to connect to the internet through gprs. When i tap on the gprs icon it takes me back to the menu. What should i do?

Hey is there any other touch keyboard/ phone-pad download available, such that the alphabets r big, n i can use my fingers(instead of stylus) for typing msgs.. will i-phone skin help?

hey guys
dude can anybody tell me how to set nice wallpapers on HTC P3400
whenever i set a wallpaper the image on the main screen come a bit blurred
i want it to be clear
secondly i have tried to paste WMA format files in WINDOWS folder but they dont come as msg tones in the sounds and notifiation area
plz let me know the reply for this as well as the msg just below this msg on stonecold_pyro@yahoo.com

hey everyone
i bought an HTC P3400
till now its a nice phone but finding softwares,DVD and mp3 players,games etc are very difficult for it........can anybody tell me some nice sites from where i can download all things for free
and secondly i want to upgrade this phone to wondows mobile6 plz somebody let me know about it

of course you can connect...
Send SMS "AGPRS" to 121 and GPRS will be activates on your phone.. once you get confirmation SMS "MO" to 2567
Your phone will automatically configure the settings... you can access the internet through pohone.. if you have more queries mail me on shantanu-shukla@hotmail.com

Hi ,
I am using htc 3400 can some one please let me know how can i access internet .I am using airtel and they told me that gprs cannot be activated on this phone and I donot have a computer.
Please let me know if is it possible to connect as it is urgent.Please let me know any way?

if only the service capability of htc was as good as the phones!
most pathetic service! its impossible to get across the service department!
htc does not even display its service numbers in their ads....they are only interested in selling and are least concerned about their after sales service or customer satisfaction !

htc phones are feature rich and user friendly too but their service is extremmely poor and non-existent. if you ever buy this phone,start praying immediately that it stays trouble free.if their is a trouble with your phone....the service department of htc will make life miserable for you.
