Hi I bought this for 7K from Croma Mumbai
The market price for the last models sold was around 9.5 K in Mumbai.So I got it @ cheap price
It has been around 10 days with my HTC P3400i.It is good. However I am facing some Problems while Using Internet.
(1)While Surfing I am not able to listen to music. The system gives "Out of Memory Error" and it automatically closes the Audio Manager.
I installed Opera Mini the Browser has cool looks and features but consumes lot of Memory just like its windows counterpart IE :-(.
(2) The battery consumption is very high while accessing Net is it normal?
(3)Youtube videos are Not opening. when I search a Video and Click on that by default IE and Opera Mini opens it on Stupid Windows Media PLayer. I installed Real one PLayer But there's no Option to play in Real PLayer.
As a work around I installed Youtube applicaion which fetches the Video and plays it on it.
Any suggestions If I need to install light player for Music,Light browser or any Flash Plugin for Youtube player?
Is there any way to Uninstall the Good for nothing Windows media player.
Please chip in some suggestions.

> In reply to sarvesh @ 2009-05-31 22:49 from 2SRxHi friend what SIM card you using i mean is it 16k or its 32k, bcoz i had the same problem when i had 16k SIM card, (Problem : No signals, and SIM not present while the SIM was inside) later i educated to my Service provider and they gave me 32k since then its working fine.
Might be the case with you so please try this as well.

Hi All,
The company has stopped the Production of this model but I m getting the last piece @ Price of 7K
The model no. is 3400 and not 3400i
I just want to know whats the difference between the two?
what about the Music quality and the Screen as in what if the Touch thing doesn't work do we have any alternate way of operating?
And Also I want to if we can Run the Jar Files or not?
I heard that this modle doesn't recognize the Jar files?

I would like to know if this phone would last for long and also if it would cause alotah problems or not ?!!

I bought the HTC P3400i in October 2008 and haven't had major problems until now. I just cannot switch on the phone. I tap on the tower icon which has a cross on it since the phone is not on, it asks me you want to switch on your off, I tap yes and nothing happens. Even the communications manager feature does not switch on the phone and I just cannot use the phone. This has happened earlier but the phone came back on earlier. Now, it just refuses to do so..
Any solutions? Please help.
