If you have set the phone to a ringtone and you would like to silent the incoming call then hit the volume buttons which are located on the left side of the phone.
This does not disconnect the call but just silences the ringtone.

This phone is really amazing! I bought this one few months back n really like it very much it has excellent features in it n surfing the internet is like surfing the net on my own Laptop!

Its not the greatest phone available but i would rather say its a good value for money pda.It has all the basic features a pda has except for the availablity of internal wifi.But then there's an external slot for a wifi card to be inserted into this phone.Besides the standard pda features,this phone has a fantastic sound quality when compared to other phones at the same price tag as this phone.Camera features are little basic(i would say outdated) and this phone has a solid build quality because its housing is coated with some kind of rubber where its absorbes some shock if only the phone drops-down.
Talking about it's drawbacks, there no fm radio,the bluetooth can only transmit a single file at a time,there's no details about bluetooth data transmission rate,the soft keys feels hard,you cant silent the phone when its ringing if only u've set it with a ringing tone except of canceling the call(its very annoying at times),the processor memory and speed is abit sluggish when compared to other pda,and there is a need to reset the phone often to free-up the available ram so that u have a smooth feel when using the phone(to avoide lag).
In a nutshell,this phone is a basic pda with affordable price tag on it.if ur a person who prefers surfing net on ur pc and not on ur pda,then i would recon you to buy this phone(providing you have a limited budget but at the same time want a good phone).

its good phone if u want to have themes go to site http://www.mobiano.com/.guys lots of softwares r available freeones and paid ones.i love this phone.i used nokia sonyericsson.but hand helds r lilbit difficult but its great phones. os is microsoft windows mobile 6.0 pocketpc.gsmarena have to update site on p3400i .ask me anything i will reply bye guys love this phone

I just purchased. May be this will absolute in few days.i.e. after June 2009. Still I purchased because of low cost.But very nice tool with many features. If you are aware of computer very well then only purchase. Battery backup is low :( But surfing very very very nice
