eye-catching design. IMO, good looking mobile, better than most htc's here. but extra size (compared to the Touch and Diamond) for less features is a turn-off.

The website isn't that good I think. I have bought a P3470 cause I taught it might be fun if I had handwriting recognition. But now I finally have the phone. I can not find it. It just doesn't exist

Put GPS Program port on COM0 or COM4 in External GPS (Start -> Settings -> System) and in TomTom select for GPS device: Other NMEA device. Best.

Wifi's been almost everywhere in my place nowadays, so i guess it would be fun if this phone's been equipped with at least wifi, i dont care much about 3g coz it will cost me more if i want to surf the net, but with wifi i can surf at no extra cost.. Design looks good though..

to Overseas,

reg, typing SMS while standing in train, you have a software available called thumb pad which you can install in this Windows Mobile.
This thumb pad software will replicate the number pad on your mobile screen. now you can type SMS like any other mobile with keypad.

Now, thats the power of Windows !!!

this device is a big flop coz there is no 3G support for high speed internet access or video calling.
even a mid-level to low-level spec model from nokia has 3G nowadays.

How do you SMS people standing in a train or bus ? Do you have always to use a stylus for everything ? Or is there a sliding keyboard ? Not easy to tell....

When is HTC going to run out of the TI OMAP 200 MHz CPU stock. 80 % of their devices use that CPU. No doubt its a very reliable chipset, But its too slow.

the cost of buying a micro-sd wifi will actually make buying a higher end PDA phone more viable.

wifi is free in my country for almost all public areas :)
