i have htc herm200 and its not booting. I tried to hard reset but still no work..the screen shows 3 colors.please help,what i will do?

when I open my phone, three coiour apart comes in the screen with written(HERM200 IPL-1.01,HERM200 SPL-1.01MFG,serial1).I reset it so mani time but no thing be change.Pls' how I fixed it?

I installed an application on my p4350 & the application I installed was not compatible on my phone.. Everytime I turned on my phone the tri color appears.. pls help me how to get rid of this.. do i need to install windows mobile program?

using this device daily for 2 years now. never had any problems since...
receiving my email, synchronise my agenda, everything.
for the moment one of the best phones i've ever had

Using it for 5 now and not very happy with the equipement. I am facing unique problem that letter O gets pressed and operated even when phone is locked or not operated. The letter O will repeated so many times and so faast that phone gets hanged. It takes 6~8 hours to charge the battery.
Settings are not easy to handle.
And yes you can't have outsiders softwares like Skype ot else the warranty is void. Isn't it strange.
Service is very bad. They don't even bother to reply mails to address the problem. There's no proper service availabvle in Vadodara. Their dealer handles the service and am notconsidering him to be a good guy.
