Very low battery life, but everything else is great.

Pros:
This phone is very fast and the os is very good. The trackpad is a great neat thing.

Cons:
I bought this phone shiny brand new for $300CAD. I used it for about 3-4 months. It started rebooting by itself and I didnt even use it. It kept breaking and I had to get a replacement. THis phone was great until mine broke.

I didnt regret using this phone, am really enjoying it.
It meets all My requirement. Kudos to htc for this phone.

Nice phone, but I'm with wind and they suck, never any service in some parts of city.

i have this phone for about a week now and am having a difficult time trying to get wifi hot spot to work my ibm laptop sees it but won't connect can anyone help me i am not good at figuring these things ot and when i called support care with mobilicity they seemd to be contercending and when i asked for tech help i was stonewalled not good customer relations i am sorry to say
but if anyone can help me connect my cel and laptop i would be gratful indeed

this phone is great, 6 months of usage still looking new and smart. fast and efficient during duty. tnx htc, but will need ics update like desire s

I used this phone for about 1 year the only thing negative about it is its weight.Otherwise it is a good phone for the price u pay.

Died after 13 month, thus no warranty. Bad emmc, phone hangs on HTC logo. Nothing helps. Fully qualified brick. Was a decent phone when it worked.

Love mine! I bought two, one for me and one for my wife, they have both performed flawlessly for 9 months so far. They are very well built with a great display covered in Gorilla Glass by Corning. We never have to reboot them and they don't hang up. Battery life does quick when we use them for the purpose of creating a hotspot. Camera and video work great too. I don't really have anything bad to say about the phone at all. We will be buying a third for our son soon, most likely used this time since Mobilicity doesn't have that model anymore, just a more expensive one.

This phone was good until one day when I turn it on, it won't turn on. It constantly rebooted so I had to take the battery out.

I love this phone since the day I got it. Has everything I need and is very effective in use. Never had any problem. The issues only come when I have to set it to a new wireless connection overseas. And that is because I am not knowledgeable . With help from the service provider things get solved.
Can do most of the things that an iPhone can provide.

Poor service from HTC. Once the phone hangs for whatever reason and you can't hard factory reset then the phone is a garbage. I had friends and myself who had problems with the phone in 6 months.

Great for a few Months and then the faulty eMMC corrupts the image and if you're lucky you can do a factory reset. Or you can't do anything.

Just the fact that HTC himself does not have a support page for it already says a lot :(
