Read activesync manual.
Read windowsmobile manual.
This phone has everything windows mobile for smartphone has to offer.
Yes standart miniUSB works.
A bit slow PROCESSOR so it sometimes hangs up and you have to remove battery..

I would like to purchase this phone. I am getting it at Rs 5500 in India. Is the price ok? Please someone who is using, let me know the following,
1) Can a standard miniUSB cable be used to connect with PC? A picture of the bottom of the phone shows the connector in different shape.
2) Can it be used as PEN DRIVE or FLASH DRIVE, without installing any software to PC?
3) Is the Ringtone loud enough to hear in crowded place?
Please...

I bought my S310 (from Orange Romania where it's called SPV C100), and I'm pretty happy with it. Despite some Bluetooth connectivity issues (I couldn't manage to get it connected to a Nokia 7xxx series and a Nokia 6300 - the Nokias just wouldn't see it, but transfered successfully to and from a N70 and my wife's S-E W810i) and some occasional system blocks (probably due to relatively tiny RAM) it works like a charm. It's my first smatphone and I just hate the main menu of it, so I downloaded and installed a free frontend application, called Smart ToolKit (google it), which adds a bunch of new features, including a Windows-like Start button and menu, auto keylock, system shutdown/restart and others (btw, the system blocks may be due to this app as well, it's in beta stage). Battery lasts about a week, with at least 15-20 minutes of talking per day, occasional mp3 listening and playing.

Anyway, I recommend it warmly to anyone who wants a fully-featured smartphone at half the usual price.

@Simich - the memory size is a marketing scheme. What the specs tell you is the maximum memory capacity for RAM and ROM, but they both share that 64 MB. The ROM is where you install the programs (you can install them directly to the Memory Card to save memory) and the RAM is the memory used by programs to run. The maximum capacity for each oscillates according to needs and available space, so if you install all apps on the Memory Card you should allways have at least 48 MB of RAM (I have around 48, of which at least 20 ar allways free).
