everytime i turn on my phone it says to unblock it... so i push the unblock key pad than it just gets freez

u can look at the videos on you tube.....just tupe htc windows upgrade on the search option....

i just bought htc s620 and the problem is that every time i try to use it crashes. i have only use it for a single day, unable to make more than 2 calls and it crashes. when i try to operate it, it blocks to the welcome message (t mobile). please adv...
