my HTC S620 was reset & now im unable to send/receive mms's or log onto the internet... please help

hi i have bought a htc s 620 3 months back. i have the t-mobile edition . only problem is it is not 3G , does not support you tube . overall the phone is fantastic .

I don't know if this will help you but that is what i was doing wrong. If this doesn't work, i would take it in to a phone shop and ask if they can help. Hope this helped. x

Hi guys
my phone gets off as soon as i switch it on. The htc logo appears and it gets off as soon as the phone vibrates after the appearence of the HTC logo. Can anybody help?
The battery is fine

can anybody tell me how i can listen to the music i have on my memory card through my dash phone and why want it let me restart the phone over it says type in word but i cant c it cause my screen is cracked please help
