l have been using the phone its good but l have been trying to get it fixed but no one can fix and the spairs are very very hard to find including the covers

hey, i have been using this phone since last year, it got problem, yesterday when i was making a call it just hangs, now when i removed battery and restarted it again, it just stucks at the welcome screen, no key is working and nothing is happening, please let me know what should i do??

Hi guys.Yesterday I bought this phone as a used one.my problem is, it works like mad & opens menus,txt msgs,makes sound etc when connected to the charger(when the phone is switched on).but no issues when charging when the device is switched off.& the battery life is so poor.can anyone answer my questions..Thanx guys.
