unreliable locks up perfiodically, unseating the battery usually results in cold start, trashing all your settings and files.

You can get this phone through TMOBILE in the US, I dont know about other countries.

I used to have this phone, and when it was stolen, I contacted my mobile provider to enable Mobile Locator or something similar. I was informed that this phone (which I paid $300 for), doesn't have that feature available! That's really the only complaint I have against it, it's a nice phone and works well, but really. No GPS locator?

I've been using this phone for about a month and all was working swell until the other day it just shut down. The only way I could get it back was to do a hard reset which of course wiped out my data and settings. It has an O2 3G card in it. Since I restored it I'm only able to set the phone band settings to auto. I used to be able to select GSM and Euro. Now when I try that I get an error messages that says: The data call exists. Please try again later.
Anyone know what this means? The phone seems to be working fine. I just get a weaker signal at times because it's only moving between 3G and HSDPA.
Otherwise I like the phone. I had the S620 before this and like it as well. This is a very small phone that just does what it's supposed to and is good at mail, the web and as a phone.
