HTC S710 Model,i cant seem to delete my old messages,every time i switch on the phone all my old messages re-appear and it keeps giving me this pop up warning about low storage memory.i regret buying this phone because of this very reason.

Model HTC_S710, Windows Mobile 6 Standard, CE OS 5.2.1235 (Build 17740.0.20), ROM version 1.15.405.2
Problem is, that somehow and accidentally it's keyboard appears to be in NumLock ON status and I cannot turn it OFF anyhow. And CapsLock is OFF and cannot turn it ON anyhow.
When trying to write SMS-message or Note or add/edit some calendar or Phonebook entry, it is:
- on small keyboard (on the top of phone) ONLY numbers are appearing. Pressing twice-triple or holding down just adds more numbers. It is not switching over to Character mode
- on big keyboard (after sliding the phone) instead of characters ertysdfgxcvb only the numbers 0123456789 are appearing. Fn-key does not function at all, only the small light does flash. Other keyboard, i.e characters qwuiop.ahjklznm work OK, but characters over the Fn cant be accessed (like Fn+u must be "+" and Fn+i must be "/", etc). Also, key Cap/Shift does not function.
Tried to remove/uninstall all recently installed software (Sprite Software Backup), did'nt help.
Did phone restart several times, did'nt help.
Did phone soft reset several times, did'nt help.
Do I really have to do hard reset as last solution (incl backup and restore/reinstall everything) or is there still some lighter solution available?

i received da afore-mentioned fon from ma bro and realised da cable has developd a fault..si ns dis fon isnt common,i cnt get da cable to replace da faulty one..am in ghana cn u show me how to get da cable?

I've been using this phone for d past 2 n 1/2 yrs and i've had very litlle problem with it. The best thing is- its got windows, that means largest free application market(before android came). As someone said before, there r BRILLIANT roms available(sort of new Operating systems fr ur phone) at XDA forums. My phone looks as awesome as windows 7 of PC or some linux. And after 2 yrs its battery depleted, so i bought an aftermarket battery at ebay, so my s710 (Vox) works for more than 72 hours. I'm loving my phone, but it'll be outdated in an year or so i suggest u buy an android instead of this.( i'm gonna too in a few months ;)

hi dude.. i have been using this mobile for past two years.. its perfectly fine with all applications but major prob is battery back up damn f**k.... i have to charge the battery thrice in a day.

in the paper it is a good one, but in pratic, it`s very different:
You can`t write new documents in the office, the windows is very slow and crashes evey time,the software slows when you open or close it, you can`t share your photos cuz it has a format that only mobile windows accepts, the internet is excessively slow and the pages have aa strange format, sometimes you can't turn the wireless or edge internet off, the programs doesn`t closes when you press the red, back or home button, you have to go to task managing window to close, else it will be slow and crashing.
When writing a SMS, you accidentaly press the SEND button, and send it by the half
The structure is good, but the screen is very fragile, even with a glass in front of it: the phone was closed on my pocket, I was standing and no walking, and it broken -.-
The battery is rubbish, I had to recharge it almost every day, and it stand almos idle during the day
You have to enter in lots of menus when you want to singn in the messenger with other email account
I only recommend it if you don't mind charging every day, paying extra bills, write very slow and if you have LOTS of patience
