Your phones ribbon is faulty and needs to be replaced. It is fairly cheap to do. What country are you in?

it is not a nice phone.. it has great functions but experienced so many memory problems... and now battery problems. and i didn't even have the phone for a year

The s710 is the worst phone in the world, i had one and in the first 6 months it ended up against the wall. i went over too blackberry and never looked back, guys dont waist your time with HTC go big or go home. BLACKBERRY IS THE WAY!!!!!!!!!

hey can anyone tell me what could be wrng wif my phone plz..if i slide my phone my screen goes blankeven if i slide it back it wnt go on again bt the phone is still on. could it be the band? or what sum1 plz help me

I have one.Is OK but i must recharge every day because i use him 2-3 houres / day...so is not a very good batery

My prob is that i cannot install vodacom's gprs and mms settings on the fone and so am stuck with an internet-less phone.

Hi guys, I dont actualy have problems with my phone it works fine, da thing is I bought the memory card but every time when I take pic it says dont have enough memory, so is there a setting where my pictures can go straight to the memory card coz its very fustrating.plz help

Hi guys, please help me with this query if possible at all. I have an HTC S710, and when i save a contact it saves the last name first, then the first name by default. I know i can edit a contact and click on "File As", but is there a way of making it do the opposite on default (i.e. Save the first name then last name) ? Thanks a mil in advance guys.

Can anybody please help me. I accidently dropped my phone now it has a crack in the plastic cover on the screen. Where can i go to buy / replace the cover?

Hi, I'm from South Africa and have just received my new HTC S710. the phone works great!! I love the phone but I encountered a problemm with the camera! When i tried to take a picture, but the screen visual is upside down as well as the picture!!!!!!!!!! I tried to go to the settings but there is not screen rotation available in the settings. The only option for rotation is when the picture is already taken. PLEASE HELP!!! Grazelda
