Do not buy this phone unless you have the cash to purchase a new battery after 8 months! Rather invest in a more expensive htc. The battery dies when sending text messages, even if it is fully charged. This is a major inconvenience. So just a warning.

I am using this phone since Nov 2008 and till now not faced any battery issues or any faults on the phone. Even I am a rough user however the phone is working absolutely fine. I would definately recommend this phone to everyone because its genuinely good.

hi. i have purchase this phone through a notified 2nd shop. in united kingdom. recently my i am facing problems with ringing sound and alarm. except the vibration effect , no sound is functioning. please guide me.and also please tell me if you have any service centers in hyderabad in india.

Hi. I want to buy the HTC s710 from a friend. The phone is pratically new but he has used it for a while. Still got all the originals in the box. The problem that I have is that it is now 2nd hand and the the slide is a bit loose on the one side. Now the question is that he wants R2500 for the fone. Is that a good deal or is it too much. I see that it ranges from R3000.00 to R4000.00 Should he come down with the price? Please help.

I think this is the best phone i have ever owned, it is extremely smart especially when fishing for contacts and right now i have a record 2300 contacts as well as emails. Amazing!
