do you know how should i reset it? there is one thing clean storage" it says that dellets all my data and reset all settings to manufacturer default... but ir doesn't work if even i done that... :( send me email with maybe some suggestions ( kkestiss...

Hi Mr. K, try doing a hard reset and it might solve this problem. If it still persists, pls contact your vendor or HTC.
