had this beauty for 5 days and what a phone.sense is fantastic.could not stop staring at the animations, dunno how one can go after s2 after seeing sensation.
till now faced no issues.people complained that they cannot hear clearly , will check it out, otherwise this is the best.

Hi guys! I recently bought the sensation and ive had it for 2 weeks already. My problem is that dust seems to accumulate inside the touch screen lcd. Will this post a problem about the sensitivity of the sensation or will it just be irritating to look at?

love HTC. galaxy sII has better perfomance though but you have to be prepared to send it in for repairs, so i'd rather stick to sensation.

Which one should i buy , htc sensation or Samsung galaxy s2 ?
I saw many reviews about the comparison and most of them conclude that SGS2 is way better in performance . and for the build quality Sensiation wins . is that so ?

How severe is the deathgrip issue on sensation?.
Has HTC come up with a fix yet?.
I heard that this issue isnot coming in the newer lot?. is it true

i had bought it recently few days back, before that i kept xperia play for two months and galaxy s.

My perferces will be HTC sense, play, Galaxy.

Galaxy and play will face computer connectivity problem

Battery can be compensated for easily by bringing along a battery pack. Like i said before it does drain fast for heavy users like me. Screen wont disappoint you you'll love it.

people with battery problems!!!!


turn off wifi,gps, bluetooth, and data sync when you don't use them!!!! gps and data sync drain battery the most!!!

also lower the brightness of the display to save more battery!!! the display is big, therefore, it uses more power.

There was an update about 27MB and did it through WiFi connection. The update upgraded the version to 1.35.707.1, After the update i think sync has a problem with gmail sync and maybe others as well. The most annoying change after update was kind of strange. I had set screen to never time out now this option just vanished. I dont know why HTC just updated the software just to change this time out option. Now you can only have time out for upto 2 mins and for more than this you cant do it. Some application dont work when screen is turned off like WifiSyncManager which is very handy for transferring files to/fro phone to PC. But, not because of having no option to never time out option its kind of frustrating. If anyone has same issue and have solved this problem please kindly share it with us. Thank you.

seriosusly HTC when you tested the phone how can you NOT figure out that the battery for this phone is CRAP!
I love the phone its an amazing phone, my first android and I am totally in love.

But before your released it I am sure you tested the phone and did you guys not understand the battery needs work? or did you just simply ignore the battery problems?
Come on, you are by far the best phone I have ever had, and I am constantly using the phone having to charge it at least twice a day and now with more usage i might need to start charging it more than twice a day.

a major disappointment. i would not recommend this phone for heavy users.
