Dude Android is a good os its just the brand who customize it To add like much themes and that shit if it laggs by you try to root it and flash custom recovery and Flash cyanogenmod or any other custom rom

Same thing happened to me. I changed the battery and it worked like new. $7 to fix my phone...yes please.
