phone is good.. but sometimes it operates in incorrect way.. and needs restart.. I don't really understant why it's happening.. because i don't have so many application.. and usually i don't use so many application at the same time.. this is the problem.. but i think it's naturally things for the telephones of this type.. hmm.. and also i'm not satisfied with the sound quality of dictophone.. it's worth improving)) thanks a lt..)

My htc's screen does not respond sometime. Sometime it goes well. If I do a factory reset then again it works for well for one day. Is the problem is screen or the OS. Can any one help?

Please up grade camera from 5 to 8 or 12 and CPU 1 GHz Scorpion to 1.5 dual core or higher. These have been old.

Great phone! dont get these negative comments. i havent had a single problem. Screen is amazing, im loving the customizable home pages, sound quality is great when playing music and making calls. i have dropped this phone several times and the phone is never damaged (unlike my iphone) Im excited to get the nex htc 8x!

its awsm check ur sencer right on the top left side near camera may b something is covering that sensor make sure sensor is clear


phone can b slow if u do lots of apps on it so check it and uninstall all of the unwanted apps hope u find solution or u can download app (apps on cd storage) from play store it will help ur phone speed when u move ur apps on cd storage I did it and got good speed

I had just recently purchased this Sensation XL a few days ago and absolutely loved the way it functions with no complaints whatsoever until 2 days ago. Now the screen has gone completely dark, and nothing can be seen, but if a call comes in one can still hear the call but there is nothing you could do. To make a long story short I live in Phuket Thailand, while the HTC dealer in Phuket just gave me the good news that there is one HTC service center in Thailand located in Bangkok. The HTC sales rep in Phuket tells me the phone will have to be sent to the service center in Bangkok to get an estimate of the costs and verify if the actual part is in stock and available. It has now taken HTC over 2 almost 3 weeks and I have not heard a thing. At any rate, the costs of the HTC is considered expensive when bought in Thailand and experiencing the problem they claim is the screen does not really convince me. I have not once dropped the phone or taken the phone through any rough conditions. If anyone has had the similar experience pls drop me a short note whether I should look at another model or brand to avoid this from happening in the future.

no doubt the phone is awsome bt i dnt know y its speed is slow when ever i go on maib screen its strt loading ..hw can i stop this ..any of u know this?????????
