To be honest, it's a "D U M B" phone. :(
I purchased this phone on November 29, 2011 and since then, it's been a headache to me.....I'm from Bangladesh and I use 2 connections (GrameenPhone and Robi - which was previously known as Aktel). I used Robi sim on my HTC Smart....it went well for first 3 days, in the 4th day, I found that my phone's on but no one could reach me !! I checked the phone & found it ON!! I restarted the phone and the phone became ok. But this problem went back again and again with irregular intervals. I searched the web for the firmware update, downloaded it from HTC website, but the update couldn't be installed ! I inserted GrameenPhone SIM then, it didn't show any problem and ran well.
The other thing is, One day, I inserted the headphone (obviously original one from HTC) for listening to music. After listening, I (gently) pulled off the jack, after that the phone's earpiece stopped working !! This problem was gone when I restarted the phone.
NOW MY QUESTION IS....how many times will I have to restart my cell?? Why is Robi SIM not working on this Set???
I've got rid of that phone giving it to my wife and she's using it with GrameenPhone (as she says it takes great pictures at least, so don't sell it away, if u sell it, u may have got curses from people!!)

not a bad phone used it for over an year....It has all the basic smartphone features camera is good ....Wifi on this phone and a better O.S. wud ve been better .....If you want a basic phone without any external goodies You'll like it!!!
