You need to go to network settings and configure it according to service provider and make the changes permanent. The default setting chooses the country's government provided network.
its just a s/w error so configure it right and things should be fine

i have this phone for 6week and have problem with gprs when i try sending message or check email make call it comes up as gprs problem i have to turn it off restart and works.i call htc the answere is that do not know buy new phone u pay for the repair

I've been using this phone more 8months, it it a brilliant phone.My concern is that I do send emails but if i want to save it or go to sent item i must go through Opera-Mini.Or maybe i didn't set my settings very?HELP ME OUT.Secondly,there is a small ball just above my watch that makes receive email instantaneously but that thing it makes life difficult for me,it always consume data bundle and battery.Wayback i used to charge the phone after 3days although i didn't receice emails as they immediately comes.That small ball it consume my battery without mercy.When i charge today im propelled to charge the following day.10mb takes a day without me going to the internet.That small ball it has caused my emails to be always online,so to say.Eventually my data bundle just vanishes like that.Help guys.ANDY where are you.The best phone i ever used

I was given this phone by my neighbor today. I'm actually a vodafone user and when I put my sim card in, it wouldn't allow me to send txts messages. I can make calls and I can also receive texts and calls, but I cannot send them. Does anyone know where I can find the message center?

I bought my phone roughly six months ago and I'm having a serious problem with memory cards. The 1st one which I bought didn't delete or add anything and I still had storage space left. And now, as soon as I move a song or picture from the phone's memory to the memory card, the whole thing is eithrs destroyed (scatches, mixed up,ect.) or it jus won't open. Does anyone know the solution to this problem?
