I m using htc ststus.everything ok but all the time getting an auto message save 50, save 40 randomely. Can anybody define the problem and tell me hoe to fix it.

please i bought the phone close to 3 months now. just last week part of my touch is not working. more importantly the return, home, options and search keys are not working which is making the pone difficult to use. further, i cannot pull the ring when the phone hibernates. please what might be the cause?
