but you can root this tattoo and load a custom rom like froyo 2.2.1 .....

We can upgrade the OS the higher version. I am running android 2.1 on my tattoo and it works brilliant. I am having the phone from around 8 months now.

A cheap android buy.

the screen resolution they say is 240 by 320 but even if i have the same size iomage or even lesser size image....it doesnt appear fully on the screen..i mean it fits ie stretches on the screen ..hence the whole image cannot be seen ....what can be done for this..can anyone plzz help me regarding this...even after cropping ,,,,the same problem is there still....

i love d fone,,,,i can run java on it using a software.i only ve problem wit d bluetooth..if u can hack it,,,u wil enjoy d phone,,,nice phone,,,,,,get ursef one,,,.

i can't seem to send sms using my tattoo. i might unknowingly change my setting and now all that i can do with the phone is receive a msg or call and i am able to call also. but no sms.

all those who are thinking to buy this phone in INDIA .. DONT. This phone is not good at all.I got this phone in april 2010 for Rs 17000/-. It does not have 3g.. ths INDIAN VERSION IS 3G LESS...its battery last only for 12 hrs right from day 1.. u cannot transfer files using bluetooth.. and the most important thing there is no update available for ANDROID OS. I am repenting why i bought this mobile. You can get better android devices in less price from SAMSUNG, LG.Better gor for nokia phones.. with symbian 3 (reliable robust and BEST) Just dont go for any HTC MOBILES. ALSO yesterday I went to mobile store(POWERED BY ESSAR AND VIRGIN) in mumbai from where i got this mobile.. they said they have stop selling HTC mobiles bcoz of BAD SERVICE from HTC to their customers. Guys HTC is foolimg people in the name of SENSE UI..HTC PHONES ARE NOR WORTHY AT ALL.
