will take one or two dayz rest annd then try to insert win 6.5 in my htc if i can... and 4 d battery china 2000 mha battery is ok?? bcoz i don't knw which perticulars company's battery will be d best..? and how much did u pay 4 orignal case?? is it orignal htc?? again thanx..

my htc touch GSM is working fine but have only 64/128 memory, can i upgrade it to android or windows mobile 6.5 ???????

> In reply to Adi @ 2010-11-01 12:01 from utjH - click to readhi adi wishing u a very happy diwali 2 as well anyways plz check on ebay i got this battery from a friend of mine and it does give me a superlative back up but again extensive usage is prohibited trust me i also own a touch 3g but the battery backup doesnt change too much its just a little more.however yes you can add win6.5 however mine is 128/256 ram rom which gives a better chance to load apps i dont know about 64/128 it somwhw restricts u 2 install apps .thirdly its a good phone take care anymore qs il try to answer.about win6.5 try xda developers website they do cook some roms custtom roms about 3g clock yes i think you can but i dont know from where il try 2 fing out when i do il get back 2 you however if u are in mumbai u can try in alpha for the batt.take care mate .once again a very happy diwali.recently i changed the case of my touch i fell in love with it again it looks like new now.take care ;Bil

hi nice to write for gsmarena again after a long long time for guys having problem with battery backup {as i read about most of them}they can use a higher end non htc battery prefarably a 2000MH BATTERY available in market or on ebay which promises an amazing 3 day backup.have fun.

Be careful not to buy the copies from china.The are hard to tell a part from original but once you open the phone at the back or see the phone box and application...you will see the knock offs for what they are. Chinese versions don't pack neatly and the acessories look cheap without HTC logo on them. If you don't buy an original, you are sure to have problems

Been using this phone since 2008 and i can say i still find it a great phone. At the time i paid a near 500 $ for the unlocked version but today it goes for around 150 -200 $ new and if you want something with a pleasing allure and good fucntionality of a smrt phone then get it.The processor is 200 MHZ but if you do not do too many taks at once , you will not notice it(seriously mutitasked 3 applications at a time and noticed nothing). Videos are played great and music is good too. I was thinking of changing my phone lately but in the end i thought why? This one never gave me any problems and it has all the basics someone could need ..if you are not a geek or someone out only for new tech. The touch screen keeps it in the game still and the WM6 makes it a very apt adversay for the iphone if you wish to download free games and application without paying money all the time.The wifi additon is superb and the cam is 2 mpx , descent..if you are not looking for SLR quality from any phone hahahaha. At the current price, i got one for my wife dispite newer models out. Don't need 5 or 8 mpx cam or a faster processor or even a second cam infront so this one is pretty neat and very useful. You can go for the the i"parasite" phone if you like but why pay alot for fnctions that you will never exploit when HTC touch can give that to you for fraction.Besides..aren't you sick of everyone having the same phones.Be original....HTC original

i am using this for the past 3 years.... There are some problems... which all the WM phone has like... battery..etc... but with Reliabilty.. This is the awesome. and i still love this even after i used 4 other high end phone after this.

Hi
I have a problem with linking this phone to my PC as I have the cable but when ever I do the connection the PC tells me about the CD I have to insert but then the phone never came with the CD and when i check on the net for the drivers I cant find them....anyone with a solution please help me...
