Got this nice gps focused phone on 25-Mac-09 notice it is heating up a bit on first day use. Full charge on second day, still heating up and battery drain so fast. over night without using it from full charge next morning only one bar left. Sent it to htc services. They work on it till today. Owner of dopod 838 pro and touch first edition, so far very sturdy and robust device but not this one...or just my bad luck this time.

Can anyone advise if this phone can support chinese word star and can be hand written in chinese charater? before I make any decision. Thanks!

seems nice phone to carry with ya but:
1. I am unable to share pics. via bluetooth on this phone. Does anybody have any F.. idea to this??
2. Footprints, sounds and works nice but i think its a trap for users to automatically go online/data connection while the device is using GPS to locate you and save to the pic. taken!
impressive technology! all i can say.

you should go and change your device since its heating up, i think its a problem with the battery, i got this last week and i don't have such a problem

I got this phone about a week ago and let me tell you something its very nice device if you like windows mobile, i have used so many high end device in past six months and this is one of the best i have used. i was not fan of windows mobile until i start using HTC,

It's a big mistake on htc's part. I purchased three htc devices. htc p3600, htc sprint mogul and finally an htc advantage. Only the htc advantage came with 3.5 headphone jack. Truly sad!!

Doesn't look a promising device from HTC, known for its innovation and technology. I would rather go for Touch Diamond 2 or Touch HD.

- 256 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM
- Qualcomm MSM7225 528 Mhz processor
... My question is which one is faster as in better in opening Big files...?

This phone is to be used by finger or stylus (pen), the stylus(pen) is optional but highly recommended!
