I had a love/hate experience with this phone when i had it. On the good; Its a tinny size and light, it was one of the first phones that did everything(GPS,WiFi etc) in a compact size. It has capacitive buttons so you can program swipe functions on the buttons. On the bad; it only has 119Mb of ram available to the user, not 192Mb as the specs say. The CPU and ram is very-very slow. The battery life is terrible, and it gets very hot. The old Windows mobile 6 is a poor OS, you can upgrade it to android but the phone is too slow to use it.

I have been using the HTC Diamond phone for past approx. 5 years. It has clocked 765 hrs of incoming calls and 830 hours of outgoing calls. I have downloaded tonnes of data. Installed 4 mail boxes. Run many applications. Clicked thousands of photographs and videos. Only expense that I had incurred in these fabulous years of usage is one time replacement of battery that costed USD 50 and only once I had to hard reset the phone as I had fiddled with some critical operating files. So far great phone!! I had never imagined that I would ever use a phone for so many years. Still I do not find any problem, but with the changing technologies, the phone appears to be outdated as the newer applications do not work on it and also the OS cannot be upgraded to Windows 7.

Can any one suggest a better phone which can give such marvellous service??
