got it for a week, upgraded rom, no problem with the speed or anykind of it.
the only problem for me is typing on it..
it's very hard to type on full qwerty without stylus..

The phone has very bad battery time, it is slow and the overall impression after a week is bad!
I do not recomend this phone!

i have had this phone for about 10 days admittedly it is the tmobile compact 4 version. it is very slow ring volume is almost not existant. even worse than the iphone. touchflo is messy i found it doesn't help navigation and ended up turning it off and just going back to the windows interface like on the compact 3. sending it back. compact 3 is better. so much for advancement.

does anybody know if o2 are releasing their own XDA version of this handset? is it the same as the XDA ignito?

Its a not sufficient for all business pepoles
who want to use business phones its amazing
to listen that airtel users can only use it
really its shocking if a person is using another network

to somebody who 1 2 use HTC Touch Diamond.

This phone is very uncomfortable, I just bought it for 2 days ago. it's very slow and always stuck. I want to sell it now. i never met hand phone like this before. it slow than the first O2 Xda.

ok had this fone for a wekk now and well i have no problem what so ever a[art from the BATTERY LIFE!!!!! I take the fone of the charger at bout 7am and at not even half day 12 noon the battery was flat out! I dont want to let this fone go but i have time to exchange it plz tell me if there is a solution otherwise i may have to exchange =(

p.s. i have brought 2 900mah batterys from ebay hope they help! Moe

Also you will find a forum for tweaks in the Ddiamond section. The latest ROM for the Diamnond cutomized by XDA Developers is named "Elite 3.0", I'm using this one and it's great. Friendly advice: read a lot before flashing your device and backup your stock ROM for the warranty. I almost crashed my phone first time I flashed it because I didn't read enough.

I have this phone for almost 2 weeks now and I was really pissed and disappointed about the speed and performance of the WM 6.1. But there are the XDA Developers who customized the ROM and tweaked it to it's maximum; so I flashed it and it's absolutely amazing now: really fast, battery lasts almost 3 days, IGO 2008 works on it, you can add a Call history tab in the Touch Flo 3D menu etc. So friendly advise for everybody who has this phone and thet're not happy: find a service manual (or a way not too lose your warranty) and flash the cr@py preinstalled WM 6.1

Got the diamond in US with ATT great phone Love it except no 3g hear with this phone their internet like the iphone is so slow I have to go back to the cruise untill this is taken care of.But I heard if you on verizon 3g works.So if you have veizon this phone beats the new iphone hands down yes I have the new iphone too.Push mail and 3g big deal so all you apple lovers out their video call me oh you cant so navagate to me oh cell service is down you cant ha listen to sirius radio on your phone(streaming) oh you cant give me a break with this apple stuff. back to reality if you have ATT and live in Los Angeles dont expect fast internet service other wise its a great phone one other shortcoming whats with 4gig no micro card slot come on HTC give us a break
