I am waiting for new or knockoff battery too. I surf and use YouTube too much but only need to recharge once per day.

Update your software as there are definitely issues with some base ROMs.

But there are way more video file sharing flash sites out there that I want to view (not just YouTube), but will need to install hack/software to view.

This phone is not user friendly!

Cons:-
Very low sound.
Speaker sound very quiet & sound quality very rubbish.
Touch screen is not accurate nor sensitive.
Function difficult to use & slow.
Battery last only very short time.

This phone has got too many faults...HTC should do more experiment before putting this phone on the market!

i just got this device its too sensitive if it falls i dont know what will happend the speaker is veri veri dissapointed and no plash ? can some one answer to me if the speaker is so bad ? its sound like a bad tranzistor from 20 years ago,,,,,,,

Just Bought The Phone Yesterday..

Good Things:

1)Great cover
2)Light Weight
3)Looks Futuristic ;p
4)Anybody who sees it goes WOW!
5)THATS IT!!

Bad Things:
1) HTC worked so hard to satisfy us, a little too hard. The Phone has so many things its hard to manage through them.

2)Sending SMS Messages are like MSN messenger. Its like..

Me(12:00 AM): How are you?
John:(01:00 PM): Im Good.

3) VERY SLOW sometimes! like when i say sometimes i mean once in every 30 minutes

4) The sound is RUBBISSHH!!! very low and disgusting quality!!!!

5)Since sound sucks, there is no use to listen to music unless you stick the phone to ur ear or use headphones.

6)Saving a contacts name takes tooo long! there is just so much to manage through!!

CONCLUSION: Dont buy the phone unless youre an unorganized businessman..this phone isnt for fun even though it looks fun! its just a great organizer!

According to my service provider, there is no official ROM update for Diamond from HTC yet!

Does this phone vibrate with rining when a call comes in?

What about sms?
Does it make a vibrate when receiving a message?

Very smart looking phone with great features. However, the battery life is poor & you need to recharge it 2-3 times a day if you are a business user.
No physical keyboard so the cost is on the higher side right now. But tremendous design & looks really elegant.

I'm using T-mobile Network in California and it works fine. Edge works fine, but don't expect 3G connection. I have the unlimited internet plan with T-mobile in order to use Edge.
