This is the most frustrating phone I ever had. I want to smash it.. He is freezing screen every moment, very slow cpu, touch screen must be alighned frequently - very fustrating. the screen dosen't work now and i can't tern off the alarm do you imagen.. also i went to the warranty but they told me to pay 80$...?????

i have the same cell which i love so bad but my manual is in spanish and i am living in an english speaking country

This phone is nice, i like it, but the camera doesn't work properly. Every time i turn the camera on, some stripes apear on the disply. These stripes remain on the photo's.

i juz use this phone only 5 days and then i sell it...this is the worst ever phone i use....nokia 3310 is better than this phone....

This is the most frustrating phone I ever had. He make me so cross, I want to smash it every day or put it underneath the tyre of the car. He is freezing screen, very slow cpu, touch screen must be alighned frequently - very fustrating.

Phone is working fine, no big problems after update to Windows v6.1 Profesional. The only disadvantige is WiFi and GPS. CPU speed is more than i need for video.

Hi, anybody ever experience this?
1. First the touch screen not working properly
2. If I slide it, the screen is black
3. After I try to take out the memory card and put it back, the battery suddenly drop, and now the phone is off :( I can't even charge it, it shows blinking red/orange light color (it supposed to be orange color and not blinking when it charges)

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Touch dual i have it for about 1 year, works like a dream...windows mobile has some minor errors but it works fine, sometimes touch screen bloks for a few mom but it comes back quickly...anyway this is a good phone.

I have had this phone now for nearly 18 months, and it is quite simply the most unreliable and annoying phone I have ever owned. I shits itself every time there is a second call- and the windows mobile "hangs" frequently. I have lost hundreds of business calls as a result of it failing when a second call comes in, and the lag in applications is drag! Often either the caller cannot hear me- or I cant hear them. The concept is great- if only it worked. Been in once for repair, and was charged for it- even though it was under warranty. Now using a basic Nokia 2330 as a backup- but it works perfectly- and no lost calls. Very dubious about HTC touch phones now.

I have this phone. at first i was amazed because of its mp3 player, but i am disappointed with:
1. call - sometimes i can't hear the person on the other line and sometimes the person on the other line can't hear me
2. touch screen - sometimes the touch screen is not working, really irritating.
2. the slide keyboard. upon sliding, it caused my phone to hang, and now it is no longer working. it didn't even reached its "1st birthday".

overall: i hate this phone, sorry but it's one of the worst. don't waste your money on this crappy phone
