Dear All,
I am new to winmo and am using TP2 for 2 months now and i luv it. I hav few qstn about Win OS.
1. How to send contact details using sms. I tried sending but it uses MMS, when I convert MMS to SMS it sends a blank msg.
2. When we have a number in text message in symbian OS, We can select an option called "Use Details -> Number" to call back. Do we have similar option in Winmo
3. Is there a way I can edit phone number to call back, without saving it to my contacts ?
Thanks in advance for answers.

Can anyone tell me if this phone is compatible with Rogers Wireless using a sim card in Canada? It's a GSM phone so I'm assuming it works but it's branded as AT&T.

Does anyone know how to adjust the contact list from last name to first. Can't seem to find an answer as I don't remember all of my contacts last name. Also every time I press a wrong key and want to go back, it goes to the very begining which is very annoying. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.....thanks in advance anyone.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-11-12 08:08 from Sgv7Yeah, when you upgrade to the W6.5 The UI is alot more responsive and it does come with new apps and home page layout screen. It would be advisable to upgrade to W6.5 whenever you have it available.

Used this .cab to get back the old fashioned appointments snooze functionality. Works a treat! You will probably need to register with the forum first. http://forum.xda-developers.co...stcount=2280

I do have one gripe. My Touch used to allow me to set how long I wanted a reminder alarm to snooze for but the Pro 2 doesn't have this option. I was hoping 6.5 would sort it but it doesn't. When I have an alarm go off whilst I'm busy with soemthing else I like to set it to snooze for a few hours but can only either dismiss it or snooze it for 5 minutes.

This is an out and out work phone and is not for posers or kids. I moved to it from an HTC Touch and find it a much, much meatier machine. The slide out keyboard is great but it's a shame you lose some of the touch screen capability when using it. The overall feel of the phone is classy and solid. I recently downloaded the 6.5 upgrade and find it better than 6.1. Unfortunately the iPhone apps still beat Windows Mobile Marketplace but I reckon it's only a matter of time before Windows catches up. A tip: Marketplace charges for applications that are available free from www.softonic.com. Softonic also sells other software much cheaper. Basically, I have always loved HTC phones and the Touch Pro 2 is the best so far in my books!
