Hi,i need your help.I bought one yesterday,placed the battery and it came up,after awhile i shut down to charge it now am try to put it ON and this screen with red,green,blue and white comes on without switch to normal boot,any help please.Thanks

We have to find one closest to our needs. And I chose TP2.

Yes, we're all just morons. I guess it's the way I press buttons or hold it. Yours is a typical fanboy response. "IT'S THE USER". So I guess when it locks up on me while connected to my computer, it's the way I...ummmmmm...connect it? Cradle it. Or maybe the way I look at it before I plug the USB cable in?? And when it constantly drops BlueTooth connections, maybe it's the way I have the earpiece in my ear???? HTC, Apple, Sony etc....love people like you. Endless flow of revenue no matter how bad the product. Get a life.

This is a good phone though. Its unfortunate you guys are enumerating all these issues. I have had a very good experience with this phone that I will always want to use an HTC.

I am so sick of taking the battery out every time the phone freezes. No battery life, have to charge the phone every night. Should rather have gotten myself a blackberry but thought that this phone is smarter...well I was the fool there. Absolutely hate this phone!

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. Another over-hyped wanna be iphone which will cause you headaches and make you curse like a sailor. Don't pay attention to the fan boys here and trust me, do not buy it. I really wanted to like this phone but in the end, I ended up absolutely hating it. Total waste of money. For that, I will NEVER buy another HTC product again.
Can't sync it with my computer because every time I do, as soon as I disconnected from the comp it freezes. Every few minutes my bluetooth connections drop and then connect again. Can't charge it on my dock because I constantly get messages that there is not enough charging current. Slow as hell. Total junk. Contacted HTC support and got the generic "do a factory reset" answer. Well screw you HTC. Thanks for nothing. How about I do a lifetime reset and smash this worthless brick with a hammer and send it back to you. It is absolutely useless. I'd like to sync my contacts with my outlooks once in a while but it's not the hassle of having it freeze all the time and having to do a reset. What a piece of junk. Never again HTC.
