why does touch pro2 does not support whatapp, viber app etc it will be nice if one can use such app on your phone.

hi i am sammy from nairobi kenya.my propblem is i have such kind of phone which is slide.so my camera was not working plus the enternal memory was not working.another thing is when i try to log to internet the phone does not open.so itook the phone to repair by which it was flashed every thing.all the icons went missing.after that it is indicating in chines.of which i dont know that chiness.what should i do so that the icons should come back.the phone is android.please help coz all icons are missing.but when i put sim card i can talk and receive calls.the problem is icons only such as message,contacts and others.

I'm running android supersonicGB 2.3.7 on my touch pro 2 verizon version and this go perfect with the calls, data but 2g in colombia, and the one problem that i've is the battery life is around 8 hrs.
it's a excellent phone although Colombia serves no 3g coverage with the band phone.
