Might be your touchflo feature is disabled, try enabling it and see.
Seetings>Today>Items> Check Touchflo.

Dears ...

I have a serioud problem with my device , as i bought it 2 months ago and it was working properly , but today the touch screen frozen and doesnt resond , only the navigation keys working , do anyone have any idea what could be the problem ...

i will definitely go for the HTC viva, no doubt about it. The SE P990 is an old generation of phone , released in 2005,
that sould be enough to decide, beside
the huge diference between the OS
WM6.1 and Simbyan 9.1

I really enjoy my touch viva. however, the only issue that baffles my mind is that whenever the phone is on sleep mode and somebody calls or sends message to me, the call rings to the hearing of the caller but my phone doesn't ring; the sender receives successful delivery message but I don't receive the message. I went through the manual thinking I need to adjust some settings but no success. Can anybody assist to fix this issue? Thanks.
